Learn How to Trace Your Meridians Part 1

Learn How to Trace Your Meridians:

Picture your body as a huge interconnected electrical network. When a particular part of your body is weak or blocked,  the network is weakened in that area, and if you do not learn how to reestablish the flow, you will begin to experience physical and/or emotional issues.

Tracing your meridians is an easy and super effective way of keeping your body’s energy system in balance.

Even a beginner can learn this powerful self-care technique and it only takes a few minutes to do!

Your hand works great for tracing your meridians because it is electromagnetic.

What does that mean?

It actually pulls electrical current after it. It works like a magnet.

As you trace your meridian with your hand, your hand is effectively pulling the current through the main energy pathways in your body and reestablishing the connection.

There are many benefits that you can experience by tracing your meridians:

        • It relieves stress and removes toxic energy

        • Releases and prevents blockage along the energy pathways

        • Keeps good energy flowing freely through body

        • When you strengthen the meridians you are also strengthening the organs and systems that correspond to that area.

I only walked you through tracing 4 of your meridians. There are 12 main meridians. I will cover the rest in future videos.
