Caregiving lives in your body. The tension in your shoulders. The tightness in your chest when the phone rings. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't seem to fix.
I work with caregivers using EFT tapping, mindset tools, and energy healing to help you process what you are carrying — the grief, the guilt, the anger, the sadness, and the love that makes it all so complicated.
This is not therapy. This is not a to-do list of self-care tips you don't have time for.
This is a place where you get to put down the weight for a little while — and learn tools you can use in the middle of real life, even on your hardest days.
Together we work on releasing the emotional stress that builds up in your body, quieting the mental noise that keeps you up at night, moving through the grief of watching someone you love change, and finding your way back to yourself — without the guilt.
You are allowed to need support too.

My own caregiving journey began when my mom suffered a stroke, broke her ankle, and began struggling with memory and dementia all within a year.
I stepped away from much of my online work to help care for her and support my family through that season.
That experience changed me.
It deepened my understanding of stress, grief, emotional overload, and what caregivers carry behind the scenes.
This page exists because I know how easy it is to lose yourself while trying to care for someone you love.
