I help caregivers support their nervous system, process emotional stress, and reconnect with themselves in the middle of real life.
Using tools like EFT tapping, body awareness, stress support, and mindset healing, I create space for caregivers to breathe again, feel more grounded, and stop carrying everything alone.
This is not about adding more pressure to your plate.
It is about giving you support, tools, and space for you, too.

So often, caregivers become the strong one, the dependable one, the one everyone leans on.
But your body matters.

Why This Work
Is Personal to Me

My own caregiving journey began when my mom suffered a stroke, broke her ankle, and began struggling with memory and dementia all within a year.

I stepped away from much of my online work to help care for her and support my family through that season.

That experience changed me.

It deepened my understanding of stress, grief, emotional overload, and what caregivers carry behind the scenes.

This page exists because I know how easy it is to lose yourself while trying to care for someone you love.
