Find out how to balance your lung energy. Prevent colds, flu, help with grief and sadness.

Our lungs are basically the boss of our energy system!

Watch my video and find out how to keep your lung energy balanced! Your health physically and emotionally depends on it!

Think about it, we use our lungs to take in oxygen rich air into the body, and exhaling air that is full of harmful carbon dioxide. Our lungs are basically responsible for taking in the new and letting go of the old.

The stronger your lungs are, the more they are able to take in oxygen and distribute it throughout the body. If your lungs are weak, you are not going to be able to take in enough oxygen and an imbalance will be created.

When our lungs are not functioning to their full capacity, we will be congested, have a runny nose and our sense of smell could be impaired.

Another reason our lungs could be out of balance is due to an emotional aspect. Eastern medicine believes that each one of our organs is specifically impacted by certain emotions.

Our lung energy can become unbalanced when we experience grief, sadness, anxiety, stress, shame or even due to attachment issues.

Along with the tips in my video, the easiest way to move these emotions that are stuck in your body is by taking deep breaths. Make sure when you inhale you are filling your lungs completely.

How will you know if you are completely filling them?

When you breathe your stomach should rise, not your chest. Breathe all the way down into your diaphragm. That will allow the oxygen (energy) to flow to every part of your body.

Even if  you are not experiencing a cold or emotional upset, I would recommend doing a couple of the techniques I show you in the video daily so you keep that energy moving freely. This is an easy way you can take control of your health!

Remember your lungs are like the boss of your energy system and nobody likes to get the boss upset 🙂

Your turn! Do you feel your lung energy is depleted?

With Love and Gratitude,
