Learn a Simple Exercise to Tap Joy Into Life

What if I could show you a simple exercise that would allow you to anchor positive feelings such as joy, hope, happiness, excitement or peace into your life? Would you be willing to give it a try?

Your third eye point is located between your eyes, above the bridge of your nose, between your eyebrows,  about the center of your forehead. Tap with the middle finger of either hand directly on this point. Do it for 5 to 10 seconds. This will send whatever positive feeling you are experiencing into your energy field through the first acupressure point on your nervous system. By tapping you are creating a rhythmic pulse of positive energy throughout your body.

Tapping on this point will pulse  joy, gratitude, happiness, any positive feeling you are experiencing throughout your nervous system. It is a simple way to train your system to feel more joy!
