Reduce Pain and Stiffness in Your Back

At one time or another everyone has experienced pain radiating in the back, and unfortunately there are many people that deal with back pain daily. Since the spinal cord is an extension of the central nervous system, it along with the brain, controls the things we choose to do like walk and talk and things our body automatically does like breathe and digest food. It is also involved with all of our senses, emotions, thoughts and memories. Therefore it is important to keep the energy flowing freely through our spine.

Today I am going to share a simple exercise you can do throughout your day to enhance energy flow in the spine which will help alleviate aches and pains and keep your spine from degeneration.
