Have you every laid awake for hours at night running the days events through your mind only to realize an hour has passed? You then start to worry that you will not get enough sleep to be productive at work tomorrow, you turn to look at the clock and notice another hour has passed! No matter how many times you tell yourself you need to go to sleep, your mind races even faster and this creates anxiety. Now another hour has passed!

OR

You are running late for work and realize you cannot find your keys. Maybe you are thinking about the pile of bills that are sitting on your desk OR concerned about your health issues and feel as if you will never get better. As soon as we let your mind race out of control, anxiety sets in!

We have all experienced anxiety in one form or another. We live in a very fast-paced, demanding world. Our brains have not evolved to live in this modern world. More and more our brains are functioning in stress mode which heightens the anxiety.

What can you do about it since you cannot change how the world operates?

In my video below I show you 4 acupressure points that can help reduce anxiety and bring your body back into balance.

I decided to record this video in a park near my house. It was a beautiful fall day, and as I walked through the woods, I immediately felt a calmness and sense of joy. Just being outside can help reduce anxiety.

I am going to encourage you to try the acupressure points I used in my video the next time you feel anxiety creeping in. The faster you can get into a habit of using some kind of tool to reduce the anxiety, the quicker you will be able to move into a calm and relaxed state.

What do you do to relieve anxiety? Please share:)

With Love and Gratitude,
