My Favorite Energy Medicine Technique

If you have been following me for a long time you know that I am an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner. You also know that I share a ton of acupressure points and other tips. I have gotten a lot of positive comments and feedback over the years letting me know how much one simple technique helped with whatever issue the person was facing.

Today I wanted to focus more on tapping, which also involves using multiple acupressure points. It is my absolute favorite tool because it can be used for anything from pain, limiting beliefs, anxiety, trauma, allergies, grief and loss, fears, phobias, just to name a few!
