Today I am going to share a simple technique that can help boost your energy in less than 20 seconds!

This simple technique will not only give you a burst of energy, but it will actually increase circulation to your organs and increase blood oxygen to the liver, kidney, spleen, stomach and intestines. All with a simple twist of the body! When we twist at the waist we cause compression in those organs which stimulates circulation and blood flow. Picture it like when you wring water out of a towel.

This is a great exercise to use if you have been struck sitting at your desk for hours or maybe you have been sitting watching tv for an extended period of time. Basically, whenever you feel fatigue setting in, try this exercise instead of reaching for a coffee or sugary snack.
